Upper Management Needs to get in touch with the culture in the warehouse.

Only so much that can be done with stone walling from upper management from managers, to Ops director to the President of the DC.

Decent pay, nothing else can be said

Cons

Poor/ bad management, warehouse not setup properly, enough osha violations they should be shut down. They expect you to work 12- 14 hours on a daily bases and take all your holidays/ family time, multiple people get hurt on the job almost on a daily bases and they workers comp program they have is a joke.
