Company is growing and likes to promote from within, tuition and license reimbursement, good 401K match, Christmas party in Fort Lauderdale

Cons

There are some growing pains, but that is probably normal for a company that has nearly doubled in size over the last couple years

you get to learn from seniors, people are very approachable, growing team

Cons

gets monotonous, dances to the tune of the customer/vendor, hires too quickly and ends up having too many newbies to be trained by 2 or 3 seasoned professionals
