      - Very flexible working environment. - The work life balance is respected very well, after business hours, nobody bother you. - Salary very good (280000 AED a year) - Health care is perfect. - They provide allowance for 2 kids for school - Career improvement is encouraged .

      Cons

      - 6 months probation period, which is a long time - The process in the company is still being built, so it is a little chaotic.
