The company is focused on smart growth. Core4ce’s Innovation Incubator, called The Forge, focuses on developing forward-looking national security solutions that combine data collection, products, and services. Data-centric projects that advance through the Forge go on to become new business units, solution offerings, and subsidiaries.

Cons

Needs to focus on continued growth in the Intelligence Community.

Pros

I have been with Core4ce for 2 years and it has been nothing but a wonderful company to work for. Everyone that I have interacted with has been nothing short of wonderful and encouraging. From HR to direct managers everyone is very responsive and encouraging. It is a great work-life balance. Even while remote I feel connected with employees in different locations. My supervisor always takes time out to do periodic check-ins.

Cons

I honestly cannot name anything negative.

As a company contracted out to multiple clients, there are areas where you feel slightly disconnected to your original hiring company (Core4ce), with minimal contact at times.
