One of the best companies I've ever worked for. Management has an open door policy for real with management open to suggestions and criticisms, benefits are outstanding, company tries very hard to communicate, growth plans are realistic, continual emphasis on quality and responsiveness to customers.

Although I have only been with Core4ce for about a year, I can truly say this is a company that truly cares about their employees. As a person in a leadership role, our weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings begin with how we as an organization can better the lives of our employees. Working directly with the VP of our Defense Enterprise Solutions division as well as having frequent discussions with the Chief Solutions Delivery Officer, I know on a personal level they genuinely care about their teams. From the CEO downward, every effort has been made to foster an inclusive environment, promote diversity, and provide internal growth opportunities. Finally, the entire HR department tirelessly works to ensure current and prospective employees' needs are met and usually exceeded. This isn't simply another Defense contractor but rather a family.
