They value their employees well and show it with their benefits package and salaries.

Pros

Core4ce was a fresh motivating place to work. Ideas and initiatives towards company growth excelled that benefited the company and it's employees. While new, the company recognized it's employee's and did it's best to overcome any hiccups by chasing long term goals vs short term quick fixes. Initiatives towards growing business development and shifting services offered to the modern technical landscape by incorporating cloud, data, and cybersecurity offered plethora of employment opportunities.

Cons

Handful of upper level members portrayed avoidance to the new mechanics of conducting business. This seemed to be improving.

Pros

Honestly they're just like every other contract company they have obligations and that's all they want to do is meet those obligations whether they are ethical or otherwise.

Cons

For starters they're very micromanaging, and are the most intrusive contract company I've ever had in the time that I've worked for the project I'm on in over 4 years. They seem to want to develop some Google style culture. In all reality we're here to do work this isn't a social hour for us, it's a career. I honestly feel like the staff is treated completely different than the contract employees. It's all fun and games if you work for Core4ce but if you're contracted through Core4ce well you're a second class employee. Haven't received a raise in 15 months and they implemented a three month review process which is honestly questionable at best and suspect at worst. They literally don't care if you stay or go. They implimented the dreaded illegal covid vaccination mandate and all they care about is kissing the ring of a tyrannical dictator want to be president.

Core4ce Response

Core4ce recently received modifications to our government contracts which require us to follow the guidance posted to Safer Federal Workforce (saferfederalworkforce.gov/contractors). We must meet our contractual requirements in order to continue doing business with government customers. This is the case for all government contractors. To support our team through this transition, we held two company-wide town hall meetings with the sole purpose of allowing employees to express any concerns and submit questions directly to our CEO and Chief Human Resources Officer. We encourage employees to reach out to their managers with any questions related to merit-based salary increases and our annual review process. Our HR team is always available to provide support as well. We fundamentally value the contributions of every member of our team, irrespective of whether they directly support a government customer or our corporate operations.
