Awesome place to get started, you really start off drinking out of a firehose but it helps, and if you do your job you'll make $65-95k
Cons
Management is poor and unprofessional, training is subpar, and culture is non-existent

Management is understanding and wants to see each employee succeed. Push for individual learning and growth. Belief in work-life balance (remote work, 4 day work week). International team. Encouraging culture.
Cons
Not big enough for awesome benefits (besides the 4-day work week) or top-notch pay, but it's still pretty good.
