Pros

Unlimited OT. Great "brotherhood"/family. Can be fast paced.

Cons

Can be dangerous, cliquish, tiring. Mandatory OT. Many people seek to advance their lives outside of their jobs, but due to exhaustion, lack of time, etc., are not able to pursue those desires.

Pros

CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

Cons

Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.

Corporate needs to listen to their staff

Pros

Facility leadership is so much better than corporate leadership!!

Cons

-Pay....not a living wage for the location. Wages are dictated by Tennessee who have NO idea what a living wage in my state is. -HR leadership at the Corporate level is AWFUL, they make decisions without any input from the facility staff!! -Employees are micromanaged and feel de-valued and are treated like a number and not a person!! -STAY AWAY from this AWFUL place!!
