Great Team and Culture Environment

Pros

Great team, fun environment, and a great work life balance. You'll never go hungry working here and you'll have fun team outings. Ability to WFH if you have a family emergency Decent benefits

Cons

PTO could be a little more. 401K options could've been better too. Using the wrong CRM doesn't help your sales team be successful. Hearing "we're working on it" or "don't come with a problem unless you have a solution" isn't fair to your team.

Pros

I worked at CoreDial for a year and a half. My overall experience was great. The management is good and is open and understanding. The goal of the company is to make the employees happy and give them all of the right tools to succeed. It really is an employee first company. The PTO is great. Also you get to work from home when you need to which In this type of role is rare to come by. Almost forgot to say that you will never be hungry in the office! If you forget your lunch or come in hungry it’s not a problem 10:1 there will be food catered in the cafeteria!

Cons

The only con I can really see is just using two different CRM’s for the CAE’s and BDA’s.
