Pros

Cool pictures on the website of people pretending to play pool and table soccer.

Cons

The strategy of this company is based on a book, called Good to Great by Jim Collins. It is said this is ingrained into the culture and the hedgehog is the mascot based on the book. After working here and having read the book the traits of the Executive in great companies, the CEO at CoreDial cannot claim to embody any of these traits. The delusion that he does is at a core of the culture problem that festers here.

No longer what it used to be

Pros

Many wonderful and talented people work here. It's very easy to find a mentor, and self-improvement is encouraged.

Cons

All of the focus is on new features, and yet once a feature is out, very little concern is shown for fixing bugs or adding functionality that was pushed aside in order to get a feature out "on time". The base product is riddled with problems and errors, but management only seems to care about putting new shiny things on top of the pile to hide the broken, decaying heap underneath. Managers make decisions without consulting their teams which results in ridiculously unattainable deadlines and employees who voice concerns only to have them ignored. Morale is at an all-time low. People who have been here since the company's inception are looking elsewhere. Employees feel ignored, disrespected, and generally abused. A lot of the most talented employees have left, and the rest are on their way out.
