Pros

A really really great vibe at Corepower. I am an undergrdauate student and part time the yoga sculpt classes. I have absolutely loved it and it has played a large role in my life in terms of meeting people, staying fit, and keeping myself balanced.

Cons

CorePower pay is absolutely awful. $8.50 for your first 30 classes you teach and then $16 + thereafter. Pretty terrible in comparison to other studios. 15% off a Lululemon is the only perk

Pros

Community feel and education opportunities are the best! Love walking into the studio!

Cons

Instructor pay is so low and needs to be raised higher for all the hard work.

Pros

You get to teach yoga at a studio that has a lot of amenities (props for class, heated room, showers), they have workshops just for teachers to help them grow, and they even provide insurance to their interns. Discounts available for teachers, and full-time teachers can give 1 friend a monthly unlimited membership.

Cons

Yoga studios fall into the grey zone when it comes to legal matters, and it seems that Core Power Yoga - being a large growing corporate yoga studio - has taken advantage of that. They pay their interns at minimum wage for teaching at odd hours. They discriminate based on who they "feel" is better, rather than conducting a proper performance review. Things like this can either work to your benefit (i.e. if you become best friends with the managers) or to your detriment (they let you go based on your purportedly negative aura).
