Pros

You may work with a small number of the smartest people left in the company, but they are the best of the best in the industry. You will be participate of creating greatest product.

Cons

They deceive, they promise one thing and in fact you get something else. Even if it is in contract. Managements don't understand what product they are making and for whom. They don’t understand how to build software development and how to manage it.
