      Pros

      Schedule flexibility was great. they provided the laptop equipment. Pto accrual was pretty decent especially after being there for several years. Paid holidays separate from PTO.

      It went downhill fast

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and remote. Very few meetings.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs to send jobs overseas. Low morale and no teamwork. Very low pay with little pay increases. You were on your own. Managers weren’t able to make any meaningful changes.
