I would want to come here as a patient—great staff and facilities, clean, good infection protocols, lots of specialty services
Cons
Extremely average employee benefits, no coverage for therapy/counseling on our insurance, Priority Health (which is also owned by Corewell), extremely mediocre pay, gender pay gap (the only male in my position was hired in at $3/hr over me with no healthcare experience), performance reviews for providers heavily based on patient surveys (even if these are biased or unfair), mediocre PTO policy, no sick days or pension
