Pros
"System-ness" is driving much needed standardization. Many areas need to be standardized to be efficient and effective. My manager and team are the BEST.
Cons
While patient care is our focus, the teams who support the providers are not respected or even acknowledged. Moral is at an all-time low, compensation is not good unless you are patient facing. At least with the previous executive leadership you knew what to expect. We are also in the midst of changing EVERY IT system we use- payroll, compensation, HR functions, email etc. If Spectrum uses it, everyone needs to convert. Too much change being thrown at us all at once. We still have daily ops to perform to keep the hospitals running.
