Pros

Incredible work / life balance. Very competitive pay in comparison to peer institutions. Low cost of living. Ithaca in the summer is nice.

Cons

Ithaca in the winter is not nice. Very remote. Bureaucracy has become very bad over the last five years. Parking sucks.

Pros

Great benefits, good pay for Ithaca. Great to have on resume.

Cons

Competitive, snobby, puts a lot of emphasis on name instead of really living up to reputation.
