      Pros

      CBB really puts an emphasis on hiring internally and promoting from within. The pay is good and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming since I started. The hybrid schedule with Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office is a nice balance.

      Cons

      Can be pretty siloed between the business lines. Most people have been here less than 2 years. No structured diversity and inclusion programs.
