Pros

- Good Pay - Upper management that listens - Plenty of advancement opportunities

Cons

- Although upper management listens, due to market they may not be able to respond the way you would hope - Company can change policies/rules on a whim - Moving extremely fast with growth which can cause communication and operation issues

Pros

Ehh, I cant really think of any.

Cons

No work-life balance, favoritism shown to certain individuals, no support or recognition for hard work. A lot of gossiping and talking behind others backs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you have felt unsupported and have experienced a lack of work-life balance, as this does not align with the culture we are working to build. We are committed to creating a collaborative, engaging workplace that is inclusive, respectful and supportive — one that fosters open communication and where all team members feel valued, recognized and can find work-life balance. With integrity as one of our core values, we believe in building trust at every opportunity and being transparent in our actions with one another. Our practices are rooted in providing equal opportunity for growth among our team members, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience has not been consistent with these ideals as favoritism and career advancement outside of our established practices is not in alignment with our core values and success model. We encourage all team members to raise questions and concerns with either their direct leader or another company leader so that we can address problems early and make necessary improvements. Any team member who does not feel comfortable doing this and would like to make an anonymous report can do so via our Speak Up Line (EthicsPoint) tool by phone or online, as outlined in our employee handbook. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us get a better understanding of working issues from our team members. We look forward to continuing to work together as we grow and improve.

Lack of Identity

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Ability to WFH or Hybrid options.

Cons

The company seems to be in an identity crisis with an unknown direction on which way management wants to go. Lots of disconnect from the top down. Decisions are made on a whim and then messes created for years into the future. Transparency is lacking and departments are all gutted for new processes but nobody is on the same page. The company is trying to update internally in 6 months from not doing anything for many years. It’s very chaotic and exhausting.
