No good reasons to work here.

Cons

Cornerstone is the single most toxic workplace I've ever worked. Management prioritized favoritism over fair treatment. Gives Mean Girls a run for their money. People are promoted based on who they know and how much they play the game. If you don't fit in they won't let you or help you progress. Do you need more?! I certainly could keep going.

I truly feel like the organization is always trying to improve things that they hear is an issue; the financial industry is everchanging and evolving and Cornerstone does its best to evolve with it!
