Pros

The Firm emphasizes work-life balance and engages in intellectually challenging work. Collaborative environment and everyone is very friendly and nice. The firm has a strong emphasis on economic analysis, finance, and accounting. The people, for the most part, are very nice and understand that employees have outside interests and lives. Definitely the most accommodating firm I have worked at when it comes to vacation.

Cons

The firm has good people, but low name-recognition and is not as "Sexy" as management consulting. Work is purely related to litigation issues, and that can be morally ambiguous at times. Many managers are PhDs and therefore are fairly incompetent at managing people.

1. Small-firm growing pains as it struggles to transition into a larger firm 2. Lack of overtime pay/misalignment of managerial incentives vs. employee incentives when it comes to compensation. 3. Too much emphasis on reviewing others creates a negative/critical atmosphere.
