Great pay and benefits, no balance between work life and personal
Pros
The company pays great and these are the best benefits I have ever had. Pension, 401k, goal sharing, increased wages
Cons
No balance between work life and home life. 12 hour shift are very rough and stressful. They say that we produce quality not quantity but that's not true. Management stresses numbers more than anything. This is the most demanding and stressful job I have ever had. You could work very hard the whole entire shift and not hit your number. Sometimes even when you do hit your number you can still get yelled at during the shift, not that much gratitude for the hard work you put out. The company is very low staffed for the output that they are expecting. Schedule is also the worst I have ever seen. Rotating 12 hour shift along with mandatory overtime. No vacation or sick time when you first start off. Also doesn't seem like there is room to grow with the company
