Stable hours and expected pay check.

Cons

If you didn’t brown nose, you were singled out and lied on. And this was at the co-worker level. They, in turn would run to the manger whom they brown nosed and it was believed without seeking truth on their own.

The company takes care of you and the environment is very relaxed, as long as you're meeting production which isn't that hard.

Cons

Some coworkers who work on your line don't care about production so you'll have to pick up some slack.
