Overall, Corning is a great company in a small, homely town.

Cons

-The management of the GSOC department is subpar, and the diligent and talented coordinators deserve much better. -The management/supervisory team demonstrates a deficiency in the requisite skills for implementing effective and efficient risk mitigation strategies. -Excessive adolescent-like drama emanating from management, undermining expected workplace professionalism.
