Pros

Compensation, opportunities, and fulfillment are words I would use to describe working at corning.

Cons

The schedule is really the biggest problem. The schedule they run for shift is very brutal.

Pros

Mostly interesting work, opportunity to develop a large variety of skills, trauma-bonding is like 1/2 a "pro"

Cons

Most of the middle supervisors and managers are the worst people you will ever meet in your life. They play favorites (as in, literally date co-workers or subordinates or go on trips with them and then promote them), they actively block any opportunities and avenues you may find, they promise their bosses impossible things and then berate you for being unable to deliver *their* promise, they are completely against solutions to problems if they didn't come up with it themselves, and the list goes on.
