Pros

small town environment nice offices pay and benefits good, on par with most companies. can get some interesting projects.

Cons

Everyone has a title, and they feel that they need to act a certain way because of the title. due to 360 performance review process, there is much back stabbing and squealing to management.. not much to do in the town. work is average, but the really interesting jobs are done by vendors. very little work and life balance.
