Pros

Laid back workplace Good pay Convenient commute

Cons

To many to list- to mention a few, 1. Bad management- they keep moving around incompetent people within the organization. 2. Too much fight over power- young engineers will never get a chance to showcase their talent. 3. No encouragement what so ever. 4. Operators complain about the company all the time because they are always short on people and are over worked- the reason for them to stay is maybe because of good pay. 5. Bad management style- people from different plants keep fighting over little things because everyone thinks it is their own company without understanding they only work there. 6. Too many people quit because my supervisor was incompetent.
