Pros

Great development platform, it has an internal education website that covers entire subjects like project management, quality belts, etc. Leadership development is amazing.

Cons

Be aware that although to keep going up you need to follow a very strict framework including the educational platform some people in leadership roles just ignore them.

Pros

You can gain a bunch of experience, there alot of different position because they keep acquiring more companies because the say the want to be a billion dollar company

Cons

Pay is 25% of the median pay for any position except for higher ups. Two different group hourly have to punch in and out, then salary that can do whatever they want and work 5 hr get paid for 8
