Pros

The workplace is very receptive. Almost a family environment, despite the size of the company. Could be due to location in smaller city (Hickory). Good pay.

Cons

Family like environment in the workplace among workers, but size of company comes with some inherent shortcomings such as a lot of bureaucratic issues (# of people in management can make getting things done take longer than it sometimes should)

Pros

Growth opportunities abound. Welcoming culture. Global company perks with small-town values. Great place to start your career. Even greater place for mid-career hires.

Cons

The company is headquartered in a small town in upstate NY. With that comes six-month winters and six-week summers, very little diversity and very little to do if you're young and single.

Pros

Excellent benefits, people are bright and capable, access to latest technology, amazing values. Overall, a terrific place to work.

Cons

There is a lot of work but in my case, a shortage of people who actually were responsible for delivering a final product.
