Pros

Great pay, amazing benefits, holiday pay, paid vacation, pension.

Cons

A lot of things are based off seniority even though HR claims no one is more important than the other. Most of the people who work there now come from a generation where it wasn't necessary to go to college to get a good job so they presume that you think highly of yourself. You never see upper management or have time to visit HR even though they stress an open door policy. There are high tensions between upper management and employee
