A very polite culture

Pros

People are genuinely nice. The company has its headquarters in a small town and strives for that style culture everywhere. Has a longer term view due to being an older company.

Cons

There is a lot of talk about career growth and development. The action that shows the talk is real is not there.

Going downhill since 2010

Pros

Good benefits as you can expect with any large company but their recent acquisitions and infusion of culture is sad and depressing.

Cons

Poor culture, no investment in their people. They have forgotten people built their company. Senior management really needs to be all wiped away and newly picked. They are like the government - won't change and the power will continue to corrupt the VPs and higher ups. They should be ashamed.
