Pros

Great place. If you have talent, you will succeed. Very friendly culture. You must work very hard though to succeed. If you are willing to learn, share your ideas and will work hard, you are likely to become very successful (assuming you know what you are doing)

Cons

Sometimes training is all over the place. You are trained in everything and anything but not always in an area that would be beneficial.

Pros

Decent salary but management didn't seem to have your back on what was important. There are great leaders working there but they are not in senior positions

Cons

Very little development offered for its employees. The manufacturing facilities have an "us vs. them" mentality when it comes to the interactions between management and the unions.

Collaborative culture, innovative spirit and a company who takes care of their employees. A company whose focus is on innovation and how there products provide life changing innovation. Diversified market segments and a commitment to R&D provides rewarding work and opportunities for enriched careers that few companies can match.

Cons

Not much to mention. No company is perfect but there are many more pros that completely outweigh any negatives.
