* Most colleagues were helpful and I learned a lot from people with various background * Team-based work environment * Exposure to top-notch technology * The company respects diversity and inclusion

Cons

* Total compensation wasn't competitive compared with other companies * Downsizing seems to be an annual event and many great talents are moving out * Location is not great
