good place to work but losing their traditional values

Pros

benefits, salary, variety, challenge, innovation of products that make a real difference to humanity

Cons

unclear why some senior leaders are promoted. Supervisors are becoming more demeaning, belittling and condescending. godd leadership skills and results count less amnd less. It is sliding toward average corporate culture vs. outstanding, which it used to be. It's very disppointed that open bullying is not only tolerated but promoted.

This was the most condescending, rude, hostile, rigid work environment I have ever experienced

Salary was not bad. Benefits ok but I would rather starve than to work there again.

Cons

Management de-values their employees. The negativity of the work environment actually began to make me ill...... Others were experiencing stress related conditions also. Didn't know work places such as this existed in this country.
