Pros

Dedicated colleagues, reasonable compensation and benefits, reasonable work life balance

Cons

Poor career guidance and feedback, nothing new coming out of the pipeline, small town with limited anything, rigid culture to be accepted (Stepford syndrome)

Pros

Very friendly people who care about their people. DO a good job and you will be nocticed and it will make your expirience much more pleasurable.

Cons

Some union workers are whiny some are underqualified and needs assistance of the salaried workforce to hold their hands. I worked a contract position which is a lower wage and no benefits.
