Pros

Pay is good. Work isn't difficult, but can be monotonous. Have to deal with management that think they know more than they do, but that's par for the course.

Cons

Hours can be less than ideal. There are off shifts, rotating shifts, mandatory overtime, especially in production facilities operating 24/7 Benefits arent great. $600+/month for health insurance for a family. Plus all the other deductions. Still feel like you pay out of pocket for most things.
