      - There are some great people to work with and super diverse - Flexible environment - Solid company, specially through rough times - Good health plan, PTO, parental leave and fair 401k - Different locations that you can work from

      - Still a lot to improve in HR policies, such as salary reviews being more competitive and adaptable to current economical scenario - Strategy may change drastically - Company needs to integrate more the businesses
