Pros

- remote positions available - coworkers are hard working and knowledgeable

Cons

Employees at Corpay are significantly underpaid: The company has its own internal compensation guidelines, yet many of us earn below even the listed minimum for our roles. Management frequently claims there’s no budget for salary adjustments, while continuing to award annual raises of 15% to C-suite executives. There is a serious lack of diversity. Leadership -- from executives down to team managers -- is overwhelmingly composed of white men over the age of 50. Most development teams have just one woman and one POC, if any. Incredibly small amount of PTO time given to employees. PTO is "rolled out" so good luck scheduling a vacation in the first half of the year.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the essential points you raised. We understand how critical fair compensation, equitable representation, and meaningful time off are to maintaining both employee satisfaction and trust. We are actively reviewing compensation structures across all levels to ensure alignment with both internal benchmarks and external market data. Pay equity is not just a goal, but a commitment we take seriously. We recognize the need to balance fiscal responsibility with fair recognition of the value our employees bring, and your comments reinforce that this remains an area where we can improve. We also take diversity, equity, and inclusion seriously and are committed to increasing representation within leadership and technical teams. We want to create a workplace where all employees, including you, feel seen, supported, and valued. This is an ongoing effort that we are fully committed to. Lastly, we’re evaluating ways to improve our PTO structure and overall employee experience to ensure balance and flexibility remain achievable. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and contributions to Corpay. Your insights are invaluable in our journey to create a workplace that values and supports all its employees.
