Pros

I can't think of anything positive.

Cons

The HR Dept. is the worst. The Talent Partners lie about the environment, supportive management in order to fill jobs.

Thank you for sharing this candid and deeply concerning feedback as a Talent Partner. We understand that it can be disheartening to experience the issues you’ve raised regarding our culture, HR practices, and leadership. Your concerns deserve our full attention and action. At Corpay, we strive to create an environment built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. If team members feel misled about our workplace environment or unsupported by leadership, it signals a significant gap between our intentions and the actual employee experience. This is something we must urgently address. We take accusations about dishonesty and a lack of accountability within HR very seriously. As the department responsible for supporting employees and fostering a positive culture, HR must embody the values of integrity, fairness, and care. We will review these concerns to ensure we are building the trust and environment every employee deserves. Feedback about leadership is critical. All leaders, including those in HR, are expected to act in alignment with Corpay’s values and commitments. Your feedback will help us reflect and take the necessary steps to correct where needed. Thank you for sharing your perspective. It’s clear there is work to be done, and we are committed to making meaningful changes. We are optimistic about the future and look forward to working together to create a better workplace for all.

Pros

None - they will push you to crank out revenue for their bottom line, constantly increase expectations and punish when employees face burnout

Cons

No clear opportunities for growth, CORRUPT management, employees are treated as numbered pawns, NO raises or merit increases that actually make a difference. Over 5 years of employment, my hourly waged increased $3, to a grand total of $22, while exponentially increasing workload without incentive or adjustment to goals. Worst company I have ever worked for.

We are truly sorry to hear about the frustrations and disappointment this enrollment specialist shared. While it’s clear that their experience did not meet expectations, their candid feedback highlights several critical areas where we must do better as an organization. The concerns regarding workload, compensation, and lack of growth opportunities are deeply important and deserve to be acknowledged. Feeling undervalued and overworked can take a significant toll, and no employee should feel their hard work and contributions are overlooked. We understand that balanced expectations, fair compensation, and pathways for professional growth are essential to building a supportive and sustainable workplace. We also take the feedback about leadership and culture seriously. Employees are the heart of Corpay, and hearing that someone felt treated as “a numbered pawn” signals an urgent need for improvement. Transparency, fairness, and care are values we must continuously strive to uphold, and this feedback is a reminder that we have work to do to regain trust and create a healthier environment. While it’s clear this employee did not have the experience we aim to provide, we remain committed to listening, learning, and implementing meaningful changes. We thank them for their years of service and for sharing their perspective—it gives us the opportunity to reflect and work toward being a better organization for all employees.
