Thank you for sharing your experience and for everything you’ve contributed over the years. We’re happy to know you appreciated things like work-life balance, pay, benefits, and the general atmosphere here. We also want you to know we take your concerns seriously. Job stability, opportunities to grow, and a sense of security are all important for a good work experience. When people feel unsure or stuck, it can affect their engagement and whether they stay long-term. We’re especially concerned about your comments on bias. Fairness, respect, and equal opportunity are basic expectations, and any signs of bias or favoritism need to be addressed. Your feedback reminds us how important it is for managers to be consistent and for everyone to feel the workplace is fair and inclusive. Thank you for being honest with us. Your feedback shows us where we still need to improve, especially in leadership consistency, career growth, and maintaining a culture of trust and fairness.

Lack of accountability and leadership

Pros

the front line employees that work hard because they are compassionate and empathetic with customers and suppliers

Cons

The leadership at this company is all men that are only concerned about revenue. The pay is terrible based on the responsibilities they give you. You’re expected to work when they want you to work, not your hours. When you question leadership or decisions you are ignored and publicly shamed. They hide mistakes and do not take responsibility for their actions. They lie to customers and suppliers or hide the truth.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re grateful that you recognize how hard our frontline employees work to support customers and suppliers. Their compassion and professionalism are a big part of what keeps our business going. We also take your concerns about leadership, communication, pay, and workplace culture seriously. Everyone should feel respected, listened to, and supported when they have questions or feedback. No one should feel ignored, criticized in front of others, or pushed to work more than is fair. That’s not the kind of workplace we want. We take concerns about transparency and ethics very seriously. We expect everyone to act with integrity when working with customers, suppliers, and each other. If people feel these standards aren’t being met, it shows we need to communicate better, be more accountable, and lead by example. Your feedback reminds us how important it is for our leaders to reflect the values we believe in. Thank you for sharing your experience and helping us see where we can do better to support our employees and build trust.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for all the years you spent with us at Corpay. We’re happy to know that remote work flexibility was a positive part of your experience. Supporting productivity and work-life balance remains a priority for many roles here. We also take your comments about the commission structure and management support seriously. Compensation plans need to be clear, fair, and match performance expectations. We know it’s important for sales professionals to understand how commissions are earned and tracked. Your feedback shows us we need to keep reviewing these plans and make sure they are competitive and clearly explained. We appreciate your advice about leadership involvement. When managers stay engaged, it really helps teams stay connected, supported, and successful. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and for everything you contributed during your time with us.
