Good company but the people they hire for leadership is horrible

Cons

The people they hire for leadership is horrible they don’t know how to talk to you at all come to work and your coordinator has a attitude and staff hates her.

Stressful work environment- some residents where moved in who really needed a SNIF or Memory Care.

The residents is the only good thing to say about this place

Cons

Favoritism, weak Directors and leadership. Don't bother with HR they are joke. The list goes on and on. This company is so money hungry they milk the clients for everything.
