Pros

The company is amazing! I have never worked for a better company or set of leaders. The companies 1440 philosophy, is what I love so much about working for them. It is everything I have always wanted in a company and it is a constant reminder of why you are there in the first place. To make a difference in people’s lives.

Cons

The only con is that the industry as a whole needs a lot of help. It’s hard to find good help anywhere you go. But especially in the senior living industry. A con for myself in my own role as the Wellness Director is that I wear MANY hats and am a hard worker that always goes above and beyond by nature, and sometimes no matter how many great incentives and how great the company is to work for, you feel like you should be paid more for everything you do other than the wonderful incentives. But at the end of the day I choose to be the worker I am with everything I do.
