Pros

CorsoCares mission and values are highly followed here. We are such a team, and make sure we always work together to achieve the common goal. My leadership fully supports me, allows flexibility in my job, values work life balance, and is always encouraging and supportive. I love working for this company!

Cons

Health benefit premiums are a little high, but the employer contribution to your HSA helps make up for it!

Strive For Greatness

There is a constant message that repeats itself daily (Pursuit of Happiness) I love the fact that it can be for employees or residents alike. We as a whole strive to provide great care an cultivate long lasting relationships.

Cons

In todays world the work load can be taxing. Harder to find dedicated workers to come to work.
