      Fair wages, good atmosphere, good benefits

      Cons

      Dont get used to anything as it will change randomly and drastically. Zero communication and conflicting priorities by management. HR is central and horrific to deal with, upper management is very disconnected from the plant but implementing things to help but are not beneficial
