      Pros

      Improved maternity leave benefits in recent years.

      Cons

      One of the more troubling concerns is workplace safety — particularly around exposure to agricultural chemicals, which is very common in their production facilities. Morale is low, and trust in leadership is virtually nonexistent. Leadership lacks transparency and direction, often making decisions without regard for employee wellbeing.
