      Pros

      Wages, adoption assistance, paid family and individual illness, 160 hours of choice time. minimum of 40 hours a week

      Cons

      Contingent staff do as much work for less pay and less respect. Employees throw each other under the bus and a lot of micro management. There is insurance but it doesn't cover much.

      benefits are decent. pay is above average.

      Cons

      don't trust anyone. The entire work from home thing is a farce . They don't really mean it. They will pull you all back in as soon as they can. Managers that have been promoted are those people who actually do not like people. They will make great money this year and next but then they will layoff all those people they hire during this time.
