      - Very interesting problems to solve at the intersection of agriculture, technology and machine learning. - Nice and innovative colleagues.

      Cons

      - Non-existent career growth in DSI. Opaque leveling and no transparency regarding requirements to get to the next level. - Minimal raises/ bonus

      Pros

      Somewhere between a startup and an established multinational, Corteva offers a wealth of opportunities and challenges not easily found elsewhere. Corteva leadership sincerely listens to their employees, to their customers, to market signals, and quickly identifies / implements / remediates action plans as necessary. People are a good mix of specializations, cultures, nationalities, and career baclgrounds but we get along and support each other.

      A lot of work... And not enough people.
