      1. Hostile environment. No work/life balance. 2. No growth opportunities. 3. Have professionals with bachelor's and master's degrees in positions that require only an associate's degree or high school diploma. They look for overqualified professionals and pay you less but your responsibilities are the same as those who have a higher position. 4. Wants the best employees but don't pay for them. 5. Top leaders are just waiting for retirement and are elitists.
