      Pros

      Great culture and pure play agricultural company. Good pay for new graduates.

      Cons

      Growth is bit slower and inter department change may take more time. All we need to be in touch with the management and HR as wellto get promoted. Nothing much on cons. Career development skills and experience relevant promotion are not upto the mark.

      Pros

      Lots of great colleagues. Great purpose, and definitely positioned for lots of opportunity within agriculture.

      Cons

      Very overworked population. High stress to meet unrealistic numbers. Not inclusive (some departments are better than most). No employee development processes and most employee benefits are outsourced to very low cost providers, meaning that is exactly what you get. They have taken to hiring external for many opportunities, which degrades trust among employees.
