      Pros

      Proud of our continued community engagement in Indianapolis. Employee pay is still competitive.

      Cons

      Former DAS employees are seeing no benefit to this “merger of equals.” We are stuck with everything DuPont, including horrible insurance that significantly raised deductibles and makes getting medical care almost unaffordable. No more work flexibility...even exempt employees are micromanaged and treated like hourly employees. This can be attributed to incompetent middle- management.

      The people that work here are great, the schedule is flexible and there are opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      The Dow/Dupont merger creating Corteva was not a positive experience. Our benefits got completely gouged, jobs in jeopordy and adopted a "Do more with less" mentality. The family environment that existed when it was Dow is disappearing. People are jumping ship faster than they can hire.
