      Great place to work if you are just looking for a job, not a career Work life balance is available

      Cons

      Very large, pyramidal and flat organizations with a single decision maker at the top. The managers who report to the head are simply line managers with no real responsibilities. Very poor place to work if looking for professional development. Akin to factory work.

      Great people to work with in the field. You will learn a lot from some of the very best.

      Cons

      Corporate is a lost cause right now. This company needs new, strong management to make this new company work. It’s too bad that they let so many good people go but kept so many loose ends at the corporate ranks. Moving up in the company is hard unless a manager “wants” you to move up. Company wants you to be mobile for new positions but then won’t promote you when you say you are mobile, they say it’s a money issue but it is about favoritism.
